Apprenticeships

Through our Escalate initiative the Cruden Group has consistently demonstrated commitment to young people by striving to provide sustainable employment and skills development opportunities through a structured apprenticeship recruitment programme. We recognise the shortage of skilled trades persons and so we offer modern apprenticeships in bricklaying, joinery, carpentry and plumbing. We have successfully supported over 400 apprentices to achieve recognised trade qualifications leading to sustainable careers with Cruden and within the industry.
