Meet The People

In line with our ethos and values statement it has always been important for the directors of Cruden Construction to be accessible, approachable and contactable. We want all our clients to be able to identify and communicate with the directors who lead and manage the teams and solutions which make us successful.

Managing Director

Prior to joining Cruden Construction in 2005, Alan was with a national construction company for a 9 year period. Throughout his 22 year career Alan has gained a considerable amount of commercial experience from many varied and unique projects which he uses to implement effective financial control procedures on Cruden's projects. In October 2009 Alan became Managing Director of Cruden Construction.

Finance Director and Company Secretery

John has worked for Cruden for 25 years joining the Board of Directors in October 2004. John oversees the company's financial affairs and has played a major part in the considerable success Cruden has enjoyed over the years.

Construction Director

Ian joined Cruden Construction in the millennium year, 2000, from a national construction company and joined the Board of Directors in April 2007. Ian has an extensive knowledge of modern day construction methods gained from working on many types of buildings and takes a personal pride in the quality of the projects delivered by Cruden Construction.

Stuart joined Cruden Construction in 1986 as an Estimator and was promoted to the Board of Directors in 1994. Stuart has played a key role in Cruden Construction's understanding and implementation of 'Partnering Contracts'. He is fully conversant with the new forms of contract employed and the needs for contractor innovation and added value.

Director

David has been with Cruden for 13 years and has been in construction marketing for both supply chain and contractors for the past 29 years. A qualified Marketer, David is responsible for all business development and marketing activities within Cruden Construction.
