Alan DaviesManaging Director
MRICS, MCIOB
Prior to joining Cruden Construction in 2005, Alan was with a national construction company for a 9 year period. Throughout his 22 year career Alan has gained a considerable amount of commercial experience from many varied and unique projects which he uses to implement effective financial control procedures on Cruden's projects. Ian WoolrichConstruction Director

Ian joined Cruden Construction in the millennium year, 2000, from a national construction company and joined the Board of Directors in April 2007. Ian has an extensive knowledge of modern day construction methods gained from working on many types of buildings and takes a personal pride in the quality of the projects delivered by Cruden Construction. Stuart WardleDirector
Stuart joined Cruden Construction in 1986 as an Estimator and was promoted to the Board of Directors in 1994.
Stuart has played a key role in Cruden Construction's understanding and implementation of 'Partnering Contracts'. He is fully conversant with the new forms of contract employed and the needs for contractor innovation and added value. To contact Stuart please click here.
