10th Contract Award - Salfords Rethinking Construction Framework

Cruden Construction is a selected partner of Salford City Council in the undertaking of contracts between £500,000 and £5million over five years. We work with Salford City Council in line with "Rethinking Construction" principles on projects ranging from major housing refurbishments, new schools, children's centres and sports and swimming pool complex's.

As part of the Housing Market Renewal in Salford, this latest contract for block improvements in Seedley is for Salford City Councils client Salix homes and marks the 10th contract award under the Rethinking Construction framework. Throughout the Framework Cruden Construction have successfully delivered three primary schools and a Surestart nursery is currently in construction. Internal and external refurbishment to hundreds of homes, shops and refurbishment of Fit City Leisure Centre in Worsley.

Cruden Construction are delighted to continue the successful partnership with Salford City Council and be part of a sustainable community regeneration in Salford.
