Cruden welcomes the new intake of apprentices for 2008

Cruden Group Limited are very pleased to welcome the new in take of apprentices for 2008 in to the company.

As an Investors in People organization, Cruden have a passion for investing and developing the talent of our employees though out the group of companies. In 2008 we have demonstrated our commitment to training and development through the launch of our own training initiative 'Escalate' – a dedicated training programme for all employees at all stages of careers.

The new group of apprentices who started working with Cruden in early September are the first trade apprentice to be welcomed on to the Escalate programme Escalate 'On the Job'. The new intake will study towards brickwork, plumbing and joinery apprenticeships where all learning is balance between study toward NVQ qualifications and a wide range onsite trade experience.

Hopefully we will be recognizing there achievements in 2009 at our Annual Apprentice Awards Day which is always well attended by our staff and partner clients to celebrate the efforts and achievement of apprentices at all stages of their courses.
