Handing over at Heyeswood
Cruden Construction were delighted to officially hand over the impressive Heyeswood Extracare Retirement Village to client Arena Housing Association in August 2009.
The exciting new development comprises 56 two bedroom and 36 one bedroom apartments and communal facilities including an activities room, laundry room, well being room, lounge and restaurant and private dining room.
The villages many security features including individual key fob access for residents, CCTV around the perimeter of the site and inside for residents to view and emergency call system in each apartment have earned Heyeswood a Secured By design Certificate awarded from Merseyside Police.
Project Manager Mike Upton of Arena Housing Association commented about the Cruden Site and Contracts Management Team ' I hope the best compliment I can give Cruden is that they brought the three guiding principals of project management together, Time, Quality and Cost.
