Headcrown subsidiary Cruden Group recently welcomed principal shareholder and Headcrown Group founder Ted Brian at its Warrington Headquarters to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Cruden Group's acquisition by Headcrown Group.

The visit on October 13th was a perfect opportunity for both Headcrown and Cruden to reflect on past growth and successes. The visit recalled the early days of Ted's stewardship and considered the present and future direction of Cruden under the leadership of Stephen Morris, Chairman of Cruden Group and Carl Brian, Chairman of Headcrown Group.

The planned visit included a tour of Cruden's operational bases in Warrington and Salford and visits to several of the company's construction and development sites.

Each of Cruden Group's Business Unit Managing Directors were proud to personally accompany Ted on his visit and to provide a personal report on their business performance. The visits incorporated Cruden Property Services Salford Contact Centre with Managing Director Malcolm Gemson, Manchester's iconic Urbis Building being refurbished to host a new museum with Small Works Managing Director Mark Burns, The Square in Didsbury where 11 stylish executive homes are being developed and marketed with Hillcrest Homes Managing Director Mike Kennedy.

Last but not least, the visits concluded with a viewing and walk about at the £13.25m Brookside Retirement Village in Ormskirk with Cruden Construction Managing Director Alan Davies.

Following the tour and lunch with the Cruden team, Stephen Morris surprised Ted by presenting a 30 year old vintage bottle of champagne to Ted to mark the occasion.
