The teams from Arena Housing Association and Cruden Construction gathered at Brookside in Ormskirk to mark the topping out of the next impressive retirement village for Arena's growing portfolio.

On Thursday 16th June 2011 Stephen Morris, Chairman of Cruden presented Brian Cronin Chief Executive of Arena with an award to commemorate the topping out of Cruden's fifth retirement village build for the housing association.

On completion in February 2012 Brookside Retirement Village will boast 111 new 1 and 2 bedroom extra care apartments inclusive of a dedicated dementia wing. At the heart of the village, as well as restaurant, shops hairdressers and bar, residents can enjoy a range of health and wellbeing suites.
