Topping Out at Gorsey Lane
Cruden Construction have been working in partnership with Housing 21 for many years delivering impressive extra-care schemes such as Elkin Court in Partington, Spring Bank Court in Blackburn and Harvest Court in Wirral.
The latest of Cruden's project for Housing 21 is one of two on the Wirral. The £7.5m Extra-care scheme at Gorsey Lane comprises 51 apartments and 19 bungalows. After starting on site on 20th April 2009 the bungalow phase of the scheme celebrates its 'topping out' by reaching roof level. The entire scheme is due to be completed in July 2010.
Construction of the £6.5m Mendell Lodge – a 49 apartment extra-care scheme - is due to start on site in September 2009 and also scheduled for completion in July 2010.
