Two Excellent Projects Delivered for The Plus Dane Group
Cruden Construction have been working in partnership with Plus Dane Group since 2002 at Castlefields in Runcorn delivering modern, attractive and award winning homes for Plus Danes residents as part of the impressive regeneration scheme.
The Village Square is the first part of a two phases development and the 10th scheme undertaken by Cruden Construction in the regeneration. The £2.6m project to design and build 24 apartments was successfully handed over in July 2009. The £5.5m second phase of this project comprises the design and build of a further 25 apartments, 4 retail units together with a new community centre in the heart of the regeneration, creating an entirely new Village Square. This is due to commence on site in Autumn 2009.
The 11th phase in the regeneration, Caesars Close, was also successfully handed over to the Plus Dane Group in June 2009. The £5.6m project comprised the design and build of 50 impressive 2 and 3 bedroom houses.
