Environment

Cruden Construction recognises and understands its responsibilities towards the protection of the environment and operates a policy which delivers reductions in the environmental impact of our business operations. We operate an Environmental Management System, independently assessed and accredited under ISO 14001:2004.

Our objectives are to; reduce waste volumes from sites to reduce waste to landfill, annually increase our recycling levels, reduce energy, water and commercial vehicle movement, train all our staff on issues and their contribution to our environmental goals, work in partnership with our suppliers to promote sustainable sourcing and measure and reduce our carbon footprint annually.

In all matters our overarching objective is to achieve improved performance on environment and sustainability in a way which has the lowest impact on cost for our clients and which achieves the highest possible ratings under BREEAM or Code for Sustainable Homes.
