A £2.2 million, two phase project for the recladding, refurbishment and replacements of laboratories at the Moreton Research and development facility of Bristol Myers Squibb.

Cruden successfully completed two phases of laboratory refurbishment and replacements at the Moreton Research and development facility of Bristol Myers Squibb.

New mechanical and electrical services were installed comprising brief air conditioning, data computer cabling, lighting fume extraction cupboards and system.

Four laboratories were created for Microbiology, Analytical, Stability and Robotics research and development together with new offices suites.

Following completion of phase one works (won in competitive tender) on-time and to budget, Cruden were delighted when Bristol Myers Squibb chose to negotiate the phase two works which proved to be equally successfully for the client and Cruden.

We also completed internal refurbishments, recladding works and external works to building 4. These works were sensitively programmed to ensure minimal disruption to the operation of the facility.
