"I have worked in with staff from the Cruden Group since the mid 1990's, particularly on the conversion of warehouses in Liverpool City Centre into residential apartments, they have an excellent track record of finding solutions to difficult construction problems and are willing to adopt a partnership approach. I would recommend them as a prospective development partner."
Bill Lacey, Head of Development and Regeneration, Helena Partnerships
