Development

Cruden Construction has successfully completed a range of developments incorporating residential, community health care, retail, training and office uses.

We secure land for developments from a network of contacts across the region and are able to offer tailored solutions which take account of the local conditions and market requirements.

We are committed to providing integrated mixed tenure development solutions and providing affordable houses in association with our sister company Cruden Homestyle. We offer adequate investment, modern designs, availability of skilled construction resources and sales and marketing expertise.

Our specialist in-house development team is able to undertake the full range of development activities. This includes scheme feasibility including full site appraisal, design and costing, market research, construction expertise, and a comprehensive sales and marketing assistance. For housing developments, sales office and show homes are provided.
