Sectors

Cruden Construction undertakes contracts and development projects in the commercial, education, extracare, housing, industrial and leisure sectors. Our projects are procured under a wide variety of methods from long term framework partnering contracts to traditional tendered contracts, design and build to negotiated developments.

Our company is able to demonstrate considerable experience of completed new build and refurbishment schemes across the North of England for local authorities, registered social landlords, health trusts, police authorities, hoteliers, developers, private sector enterprises and blue chip companies.

We are extremely proud that a large proportion of our work is awarded to us under framework contracts where our clients have selected us following forensic examination of our skills, experience, resources, culture and competitiveness.
